Aashish Bharadwaj is Co-Founder at Fencio, where he works on runtime policy enforcement for AI agents. His research covers how guardrails represent policies and agent actions, and why they fail open. He designed the Concepts and Intent Query Language (IQL) policy representation, and led an evaluation of it against general and safety models across six agent-security benchmarks.
He comes with a previous work experience of building L3 L4 stateful firewalls using microsegmentation principles from Nutanix.
