The Molfar Intelligence Institute is a Ukrainian NGO working in OSINT, cybersecurity and strategic communications. Over the past three years, we’ve grown from identifying Russian war criminals to leading investigations with global impact. We trained more than 7,000 students, helped trace Ukrainian children deported by Russia and exposed ties between international companies and Russia.

The Molfar Intelligence Institute organizes KITE-2026 (Kyiv Intelligence & Technology Exchange) — an international conference for professionals in intelligence, OSINT and cybersecurity held in Kyiv.

Join experts for two days of talks, networking and hands-on discussions about modern OSINT and AI tools. KITE is a space for sharing experience, improving skills and exploring best practices in investigations and information security.

KITE will also host an interactive OSINT tournament where participants can test their skills on real-world cases.
