Roberta Anderson is a 25-year cybersecurity veteran, Air Force veteran, and CISO at Onterris, a global environmental solutions company. She previously served as the City of Colorado Springs' first-ever CISO and has led security programs across the Department of Defense, federal government, healthcare, and SaaS sectors.
Roberta is the co-founder of TrustDossier, a platform providing attested security profiles for early-stage SaaS companies, and the author of Breaking the Firewall: How Women in Cybersecurity Rise from Entry-Level to the C-Suite and AI for Beginners in the Digital Age. Her work centers on cybersecurity leadership development, AI governance and risk, and the Four Firewalls framework — Confidence, Visibility, Influence, Belonging — which addresses the invisible barriers to advancement in technical fields.
