Mochammad Rafi

I am Mochammad Rafi, a software engineer and cybersecurity analyst based in Jakarta, Indonesia, currently working with the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia. I have been deeply involved in building and leading large-scale national digital platforms, including SDM Digital Nasional and Digital Talent Scholarship, a presidential priority program for developing Indonesia’s digital talent. My work spans full-stack development (Laravel, Next.js, Go), system scalability, data platforms, and security monitoring, alongside hands-on experience in penetration testing and cyber intelligence with government, military, and law-enforcement institutions. I combine strong analytical and investigative skills with a builder mindset, and I am particularly interested in intelligence tooling, data analysis, and security systems. Beyond technology, my background in aviation has strengthened my discipline, situational awareness, and decision-making under pressure.
